Return & Refund Policy
All Cocome Couture items are made to order, created specifically for you once your purchase is placed. Because of this custom production process, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for reasons such as change of mind, sizing, or personal preference.
Order Issues
We will review and resolve any order that arrives:

Damaged

Defective
-
Incorrect (wrong item, wrong size, or wrong print sent)
If you experience any of the above, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:
support@cocomecouture.shop.
*Once you reach out to us you will be informed whether it is necassary to return the item. If so you will be given 30 to have the item to us.
Please include your order number, clear photos of the issue, and a brief description so we can assist you quickly.
Resolutions
If your claim is approved, we may offer one of the following depending on the situation:

A replacement of the same item

Store credit
-
A partial or full refund (at our discretion)
Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

Due to the nature of our production process, the following cannot be returned:

Personalized or custom items

Sale items

Gift cards
EU Customers
EU customers may have a 14βday cancellation right; however, custom and madeβtoβorder items are exempt from this rule.
Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to process and post the refund.
